What is the turnaround time?

 

Most of our repairs take less than 72 hours. Depending on the part and the extent of the repair it can take longer but you will be notified in advance.

 

What is your warranty?

 

We offer 180 day warranty on our labor for al repairs and advanced replacements. If your part is not working when received we will issue a Return Authorization Number and exchange the part at no additional cost or shipping fees.

 

Who pays Shipping?

 

Return shipping is included unless noted. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to get the products to our facility.

 

Do you have advance replacement and repairs on refrigeration decks or units?

 

Yes! We offer repair service on all types of refrigeration decks. Call for pricing.

 

What happens if I order the wrong part by mistake?

 

Returns will be accepted with a 25% restocking fee.

 

Can we get a custom graphic for the overlays and / or vending machines?

 

Yes, all of our graphics are completely customizable according to your specific needs and branding purposes. Please contact our sister company, Mobile Media Graphics to assist you with your graphic needs.

 

How long does custom graphics take?

 

Depending on artwork approval, custom graphics usually take 7 days. Expedited fees may apply for a rush order.
